How to port your number to Bakcell?
STEP 1
Bring your active mobile number (SIM card of your current operator) to any of Bakcell official shops and present your ID. You need to be an owner of the mobile number you want to port-in. If you are not an owner, you need to present the power of attorney from the owner.
 
STEP 5
You need to wait up to 3 days until your number is ported-in to Bakcell. This is a standard term for all operators set by the regulator.
 
STEP 2
Bakcell representative checks your active number by calling.
STEP 6
One day before the actual port-in, you will be notified via SMS to your active mobile phone number (SIM card of your current operator).
STEP 3
You choose one tariff from attractive Bakcell offers.
STEP 7
Two hours before the port-in time both of your SIM cards will be in inactive mode.
STEP 4
You fill in the application form for a port-in number and sign a unified subscription contract. You are given Bakcell SIM card for free.
STEP 8
Right at port-in date and time you will become a lucky owner of Bakcell subscription. You will no longer need SIM card of your previous operator.
Port in requests from subscribers of other mobile operators to Bakcell network will be temporarily accepted only in Bakcell Customer Service Centers.

•    apply to any of Bakcell official POS.
